Role Overview: Clinic Manager

As a Clinic Manager at Life Medical Centre, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and driving business development initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires a combination of healthcare expertise, managerial skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines and maintain accurate records.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing clinic operations.
• At least 2 years of UAE healthcare experience in a similar role.

• Degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
