We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Call Centre Executives (Russian & Arabic Speakers)
Handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
Fluent in either Russian or Arabic with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a healthcare call center is a plus.
2. Receptionists (Russian & Arabic Speakers)
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage patient check-ins and administrative duties.
Must be fluent in either Russian or Arabic.
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
3. Patient Coordinators
Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Coordinate appointments and liaise between medical professionals and patients.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in a hospital or medical facility is advantageous.
4. Resubmission Officer
Handle insurance resubmissions and claims management.
Ensure timely processing and follow-ups on rejected claims.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance regulations is required.
Prior experience in healthcare insurance billing is an asset.
5. Anesthesia Technician (Female with DHA License)
Assist anesthesiologists in preparing and administering anesthesia.
Maintain and monitor anesthesia equipment and supplies.
DHA license is mandatory.
Experience working in surgical settings is preferred.
6. Registered Nurses (ICU & OT Experienced with DHA License)
Provide critical care to patients in ICU and Operating Theater.
Monitor patient conditions and administer prescribed treatments.
DHA license and relevant ICU or OT experience required.
Strong teamwork and patient care skills are essential.
7. Accounts Receivables Officer
Manage financial transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
Prior experience in accounts receivable within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
