1. Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
2. Construction Manager
The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
7+ years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and project timelines.
3. Commercial Manager
The Commercial Manager will oversee contract negotiations, budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities, ensuring projects remain financially viable.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
