Available Job Positions:
We are currently hiring for the following roles:
1. Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue for the company. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, securing contracts, and expanding our market presence.
2. Food and Beverage Manager
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the entire food and beverage operations within our hotel, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for menu planning, inventory control, staff management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Purchasing Supervisor
As a Purchasing Supervisor, you will be in charge of sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality materials and supplies required for hotel operations. You will work closely with suppliers and ensure that all purchases align with company policies and budget requirements.
4. Direct Operation Manager / Snaff In
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments run smoothly. You will manage staff, optimize workflows, and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experiences.
5. Banquet Director
The Banquet Director will be responsible for organizing and overseeing banquet events, ensuring flawless execution of weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. You will collaborate with clients, manage event planning, and lead the banquet team to provide exceptional service.
6. Banquet Manager
As a Banquet Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of banquet services, from setup to event execution. You will work closely with clients and staff to ensure a seamless event experience while maintaining high service standards.
7. Banquet Coordinator
This role involves assisting in the planning and coordination of banquets and events. You will manage bookings, communicate with clients, arrange logistics, and ensure all event details are properly executed.
8. Banquet Sales Manager
As a Banquet Sales Manager, you will focus on selling banquet and event services, developing business leads, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and private clients. Your goal will be to increase banquet bookings and revenue.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for any of the above positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:
✔ Experience in the hospitality industry – Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or event management is preferred.
✔ Fluency in English – Strong communication skills in English are essential. Additional languages are a plus!
✔ Excellent customer service skills – A strong commitment to providing top-quality service to guests.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Hospitality jobs require flexibility, teamwork, and multitasking.
✔ Leadership and problem-solving skills – Especially for managerial positions, candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
