We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Engineer – Road/Services to assist in planning, designing, and supervising road and utility construction projects. This position is ideal for civil engineers who are in the early stages of their career but eager to grow and take on responsibility.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 2 years experience in infrastructure projects

Knowledge of design software and road standards

🔹 Safety Engineer
Health and safety are of utmost importance on every project we undertake. We are hiring a Safety Engineer who will implement, monitor, and enforce safety procedures and policies at construction sites.
Qualifications:

NEBOSH or IOSH certified (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the construction field

5+ years of experience in civil construction site supervision

🔹 Land Surveyor
We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor who can perform accurate site surveys and generate data essential for planning and execution. Proficiency in surveying equipment and a keen eye for detail are a must.
Qualifications:

Experience using Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD

Diploma or degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in measurements
🔹 Heavy Driver
Ali Alghanim & Sons Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Heavy Driver to operate large vehicles and transport materials and equipment safely to construction sites.
Qualifications:

Valid heavy vehicle driving license in Kuwait

Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy vehicles

Good knowledge of Kuwait’s road rules and regulations

Physically fit and punctual
🔹 Lab Technician
If you have experience in construction material testing, we’re looking for a Lab Technician to perform quality control tests on concrete, soil, and asphalt to ensure compliance with project standards.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a construction lab environment

Knowledge of standard testing procedures (ASTM, AASHTO, BS)
-
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred
-
Attention to detail and safety protocols
🔹 Labor
