Key Responsibilities for Each Role
Front Office Supervisor Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise the front desk team and ensure efficient guest check-in/check-out
✔️ Handle guest concerns and provide appropriate solutions
✔️ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain hotel standards
✔️ Ensure that Hilton’s service standards are met and exceeded
Receptionist Responsibilities:
✔️ Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
✔️ Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
✔️ Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks
✔️ Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in these roles, candidates should have:
✔️ Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
✔️ The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
